Step 1: Access the Home Dashboard
Navigate to the Home Dashboard or RFQ List. Look for the ‘Create RFQ’ button, which is typically accessible on multiple pages.
Step 2: Add Items
After clicking ‘Create RFQ,’ proceed to add the items for which you are seeking a price quote, we cater different categories like raw material, custom manufacturing and bought out parts. Specify the quantity, item name and other relevant details about the products or services you’re interested in.
Step 3: Provide Necessary Information
In the third step, furnish all the essential information. Include details such as:
RFQ Expiry Date: Specify a deadline by which suppliers should submit their quotations.
Expected Lead Time: Indicate the time it takes between receiving the order and delivering it to the customer.
