ACE #
ACE, Automated Costing Engine is a tool which calculates the costing for your CNC Machining Parts. The ACE engine works by predicting the machining time of the uploaded CAD Model.
Instant Costing #
Once you upload the file in *accepted file format*, the ACE engine generates the costing of the part with a detailed breakdown of –
- Raw Material Cost
- Machining Cost
- Surface Finish Cost
The material, quantity, tolerance and surface finish are set to default. Then you can edit and recalculate the cost for your required parameters.
Customized Quotes #
The ACE uses its own standard machine hour rate to calculate the machining cost. It also provides the predicted machining and setup time, thereby enabling any supplier to prepare quotations with their own machine hour rate and margins in a matter of seconds.
