You can add your suppliers by clicking on “Add new Suppliers” or invite them. Once the invite is sent to the supplier. The supplier receives a email and a Whatsapp message in which they get invited to the platform. In 24 hours the kkonnect.io team gets in touch with the team to guide them if they are not onboarded and explains them the benefit of using our platform.

After that you should start with setting up your supplier and if a supplier is already mentioned on the RFQ then they get added to the list

Once a supplier is added and becomes active, you can view details such as their name, contact information, and location. Additionally, you’ll see numerical data like the number of RFQs shared and quotations provided. The Supplier List also displays all ongoing RFQs with that specific supplier.
